Lasitha Sacred Goods provides retail and wholesale Buddhist sacred items, including offerings and related products.

The applicable price for an order will be the price communicated or displayed at the time the order is confirmed, subject to correction of genuine errors.

An order placed through the website, phone, social media or another communication channel may be subject to confirmation by Lasitha Sacred Goods.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

• The requested product is unavailable;
• There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
• We are unable to verify the order;
• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed; or
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

Where payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be arranged in accordance with applicable law and our refund process.

3.5 Payment

Customers can pay for orders using the payment methods offered by Lasitha Sacred Goods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can pay the applicable order amount in cash when the order is delivered.

Bank Transfer

Customers can make payment directly to the bank account details provided by Lasitha Sacred Goods. An order may be processed once the payment has been verified.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order where payment has not been received or verified within the agreed timeframe.

No credit/debit card payments are currently accepted through our website.

3.6 Delivery

Delivery times provided by us are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

3.7 Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers may be subject to separate pricing, minimum-order quantities, payment terms and delivery arrangements. Such terms will be communicated and agreed upon before confirmation of the wholesale order.
